Next step on Incorporation: Hearing on the Petition, April 5th.

The petition hearing will be on April 5th at 7:30. Mark your calendars.

Many people have asked what comes next in the incorporation process. According to NY law, the next step is for the supervisor to schedule a hearing on the legal sufficiency of the petition and notice the public of the hearing.

Town Supervisor Paul Feiner has scheduled the hearing at a location he acknowledges may not be suitable if there is a large crowd.
