Moving Toward Filing
We hope everyone had a relaxing summer and is looking forward to the new school year.
As most of you know, we have spent the last year or so circulating a new petition seeking a vote on whether Edgemont should incorporate into a village within the Town of Greenburgh. This third petition incorporates the guidance we received from the courts during the litigation of the last petition. The new petition includes a brand new metes-and-bounds description of the Proposed Village of Edgemont drawn by a professional engineer and surveyor.
Since the courts approved our previous methods of collecting information, we will again seek the following information directly from the residents of each household within the proposed Village of Edgemont.
Please be on the lookout for a postcard with the following request:

You're receiving this mailer because your home is within the borders of the Proposed Village of Edgemont as described in the currently circulating petition seeking a vote on whether Edgemont should incorporate into Greenburgh’s seventh village.
If you have household members who are not registered to vote (including children under age 18 and people who are non-US citizens), please email us at: villageofedgemont@gmail.com with the names and addresses of all those household members. If any household members are eligible to register to vote, but have chosen not to do so, kindly provide those names as well. If email is inconvenient for you, you may mail this information to:
