Information request

Dear Neighbors:

As you may know, we are circulating our third petition seeking a vote on whether Edgemont should incorporate into a village within the Town of Greenburgh. This petition incorporates all the guidance we received from the courts during the litigation of the last petition. The current petition includes a new metes-and-bounds description of the Proposed Village of Edgemont drawn by a professional engineer and surveyor. 

Since the courts approved our previous methods of collecting information, we are again seeking the following information directly from the residents of each household within the Proposed Village of Edgemont. If you live within the borders of the Proposed Village of Edgemont, you should have received a mailer in the last week with the following information. 

You're receiving this mailer because your home or property lie within the borders of the Proposed Village of Edgemont as described in the currently circulating petition seeking a vote on whether Edgemont should incorporate into Greenburgh’s seventh village. 

If you have household members who are not registered to vote (including children under age 18 and people who are non-US citizens), please email us at: villageofedgemont@gmail.com with the names and addresses of all those household members. If any household members are eligible to register to vote, but have chosen not to do so, kindly provide those names as well. If email is inconvenient for you, you may mail this information to:
